Intially when was figuring to buy Tata Nexon i had approached couple of showrooms and franchise. As per my understanding the performance and delivery from Prerana Motors Rajajinagar as been exceptional service, an special mention to both ( Prasanna and Lakshmikantha). The ETA for car Delivery was mentioned 8 weeks for my Foliage Green Nexon XZ+ DT although i was lucky enough to have it received within and earlier than the stipulated time. Appreciate the true support , communication ,clarity and response from Prasanna and Lakshmikantha.
Folks, if you want to buy Tata Cars this is the right place to buy which gives real value to your money and time invested. Happy Motoring to each one of you who have already bought and those who will be buying in near present and future.
The Detailing of the car was nicely explained and they accommodated any request whenever i reached out to arranging for test drives on various XZ variants with both Petrol and Diesel . Pros and Cons on both it, Overall i say the folks are amazing ,friendly and approachable. Reach out to the best in the business Prasanna Kumar and Lakshimikantha they shall clarify and make sure you have the best offers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unpleasant car booking experience at Prerana Motors, Rajajinagar.
Please verify yourself every form they fill. I took the test drive and had been there to book an automatic car. but the Sales guy made the mistake of booking a Manual car. Those yellow forms had so many details unfilled, so i did not bother verifying anything other than car color and name. because of the sales guy's mistake, The promised waiting period of 45 days has extended more than 2.5 months.
The sales person finally blamed be only for signing the form without checking the Transmission. That gentleman had only one job which he goofed up.
Also They do not have a clear communication through email. Prerana motors will send vague details like your car will be delivered as per schedule. but Email will not have estimated delivery date filled. I do not understand how it is per schedule if they do not mention the Estimated delivery date.
The Sales guy communicates verbally through phone only and says that car is allotted but if i do not make full payment upfront it will be allotted to someone else. Estimated delivery date was communicated through phone as more than 10 days away, The Car is in transit but they expect full payment to invoice.
Decide yourself if you want to be treated like this, Their attitude towards customers is as if they are doing you a favor. better avoid this dealership or even better avoid Tata motors for making buying cars such an unpleasant experience.

You will be welcomed well as soon as you enter the showroom and the associates treat us well and understands us better. I met an associate Mr Rudresh who helped us well from the booking day till the delivery. Mr. Rudresh was very informative about the product which I came to know while he was giving us the demo of the product. He is responsive everytime when we call. He is an real asset to Prerana Motors. So far so good. Big thumbs up to Prerana tata motors Rajajinagar.

The over all experience was nice . Rudresh took over all delivery experience to top level. Date commitment for delivery was met. Car was delivered on time and what was promised as fitting was done .
DAY 1 . Call from inquire to attending us on shoqing the car and handling our questions with full enthusiasm, showing patience in answering the call at any time , answering our all doubts etc was amazing.
Customer view ..... attending with coffee and water at all tata show room was good experience.
RUDRESH was and is a good sales person who has a personal touch with customers as for customer a car is quite personal . KUDOOS TO PRERANA MOTORS for giving a good ceremony for car delivery despite of the space crunch.
Again I am a tata employee too these experience also gives lot of pride .
