I you go there they will talk to you very bad manner and give the cost of service just twice amount than another showroom when you compare the same service from other showroom they will tell you just twice price

You have to make sure that your car is washing properly or not.sometime they left some parts open. For a normal paid service your whole day got wasted. They take 6-7 hrs for a normal service. Sometimes they broke parts so you must recheck before taking your car after service whether all parts are good or not. Few of them are unprofessional too. In body shop work they usually take far more time and work was also on an average category. I SHOULD PREFER YOU TO GO TO SOME OTHER MARUTI SUZUKI SERVICE CENTER. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Workshop of Maruti in Bihar. I claimed my car for insurance and they repaired it very carelessly and my car started getting vibration in engine and very bad fit and finish, nearly all the nuts and bolts were mismatched and there were numerous nuts missing. After I took the delivery of my repaired car, the car didn't started when I stopped for a while, then I had to push start it .
Very unskilled workers and all the staffs.
For each and every minor things, you'll have to say repeatedly and then they'll either be irritated or will say that no it can't be done.
I'm again saying, the workers are really very unskilled.
Mr Santosh (Bodyshop Manager) is the only genuine person here.

But I will really appreciate Mr. Santosh (Warehouse Mgr) who immediate indulge in our case and took the ownership, he did not show the good customer centric approach but also resolve my each and every issues based on company norms and regulations.
