★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would Like to Inform you that, One of my Tata Customer Car Was Breakdown in Santoshi Maa Path P.S Nagar,Sasaram Bihar. I Called to Omkar Motors, They Provide me Service Manager Mr Ranjeet Number, I Called and Request For Jumpstar Service, Mr Ranjeet Agreed for giving Service, On 19-Sep-2021, but did not reach at customer location, again call to Mr Ranjeet he said i will send Techincian on 20-Sep-21 but he did not dispatch again call and Mr Ranjeet Said that i will Provide Service 21-Sep-21, but did not Dispatch till 11:36 am,
1-If omkar Motors not Capable for providing serving. why service Managar Mr Ranjeet did commitment .
2- Omkar Motors Service Manager Mr Ranjeet Was Not Picking Call,( 20 )
Guys Omkar Motors Not Provide Good Service.

For 12 days I am being avoided in the name of approval, their service and behavior is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service centre is pathetic, it took 3 hours + time to open job card. And I have tata tigor , which is purchased 10 months back from the same place.
Left front gate of the car is having problem from day 1, as the sensor doesn't work properly.
3 times we have visited there for the issue & still the problem exists. Zero management.
Drawing attention of TATA Motors management,
If the car gate is not getting closed, we are everywhere at risk. As the chances of theft/loss of car & goods can happen any day.
Please look into tata tigor gate locks & sensors at R&d level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my car for post accident repair. I experienced very poor conduct of the staff including the owner. The process is very slow. They took 13 days to get the insurance approval. ACs are installed but not switched on. They charge 3% extra in case you use your ATM card for payment. They called me to deliver my car at 1400hrs but actually delivered it by 2000hrs that too when i personally pushed the work. I had to personally tie up with the insurance agent and servicing team to get my car delivered in time. Their staff even lied on call when asked about the progress of work.
