Untrained attendants. Poor customer response system and poor service facility . Do not suggest any of the maruti owner to avail service from here. Staff is very careless..In short..they are frauds and they can do anything...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The premises is good , as per my experience the staff was courteous and humble. Customer lounge is good , spacious having dish TV and AC. But the management needs to take care of water facility in longue as water glasses are without cover . My suggestion to management better they install water dispenser in customer lounge. Staff is less load is high due to which it takes more time . They take whole day for doing servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited there for my vehicle service. They have customer lounge area provided with tv where you can wait till your vehicle gets serviced. Professional behavior of staff members. They inform us in a very easy way what needs to be done during service and what are the expected charges. Tea coffee can be taken while waiting. Car cleaning guys were very professional.Overall a good experience. If you are in meerut, consider this dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t even think of visiting this place. Probably money making is important for the staff rather than customer satisfaction. You can see cars drifting , over speeding and burnouts in this place. They don’t even realise it’s someone car that you are working upon and we are here for service not lend our cars for useless accelerations and show off of there driving skills.
I have one suggestion to the service centre either increase your staff or just attend the actual number of cars that you can attend properly.
Customer lounge area is full of rats roaming around here
