However, there is a few thing that needs to be taken care to Tata Motors:
1. Waiting time period needs to be less.
2. A portal or an app should be created where customers can checks every step of their booked car delivery time.

To top it up executives feel it’s their right to approach a customer, ask them to open up the service centre website and give them a five star review while they stare at your mobile screen.
Hilariously, every time I have visited this service centre I am told that the net services are ‘down’ and the billing needs to be done manually!
Thanks but no thanks. Not visiting this place ever again !
PS: If only google had the option of giving Zero Stars!
