★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just bought Ertiga BS6 from this Showroom.What I like Best was the service they gave Specially from Madam Divya She is a good sales person and have sort out all my quires and doubt what I had about this car.The best part is that they don't negotiate with the rate but they keep their promises and fulfill all our needs about what you want to know about this Car.They don't make fool of us.I have been to 2,3 dealership at few places but they all don't entertained like how this people did here.This is the best place to Buy Your Dream Car.Thanks Divya Madam for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the cars they have to offer don't fail to be attractive but the problem is about how unprofessional the employees are there. While some of them are too pushy, the others don't really care. The consumer doesn't really feel welcomed when thinking of purchasing a car from here and their desperation of making you rush into your decision doesn't do any good. I feel they can improve vastly by training the employees more..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my first car with my own money from here a little while back. Was greeted by Surendra Vishwakarma (Salesman) who promised me the world in a Swift, since I've mostly driven a Swift, I had already decided on buying the swift and budgeted accordingly. However, after 2 days of wasting time on him convincing me that the swift was the car for me, when we could have just gone on to booking details, he then tried to push me on buying something else on the 3rd day. Which makes no sense(?) but I later found out that they had to sell that car so please don't fall for these scams.
Went there, they registered my car under the wrong number (I had paid INR 3,000 to get my preferred car number), didn't even get a refund or any correction to this problem yet, told me I couldn't change it, even registered the car under my relatives mobile number instead of mine, so now all RTO updates go to that number and I have no clue when I've been charged with a traffic misconduct.
Don't get me started with the service, my car somehow came back with more dirt inside then before - which is not acceptable. The workshop attendant they then transferred me to, after complaining of bad servicing, was a Mr. Gupta, who's apparently reputed in the workshop. But that reputation wasn't true because since I gave my car for the last service it's come back with a HOLE IN THE SEAT akin to something you'd see in a smokers car.
Personally, I still love Maruti but I can find a million dealers in India better than this SHAM. Never step foot in this establishment, within 5 km away there are 2 options more. Please use them instead, damn, use anything instead because even a scooter would be better than going through the mental trauma of dealing with this store.
