★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with them. We bought a pair of year earrings 10 months ago and it was taken for polishing and sent to Mumbai. Despite repeated follow ups there is no estimated date of delivery/ follow up. Same experience to a dear friend in Bangalore too. I am suspecting their intent with the excuse of the pandemic situation. They do not respond to calls/ do not have any information when you attempt to visit their shop
