★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small Showroom and cars on Display were Breeza, Dzire, Celerio. Breeza was not available for Test Drive but sales person agreed to arrange the same in next couple of days. Sales person was very helpful.

It is almost 8 months now.
There are few of my friends are booked same vehicle from other dealers afterwards and they got the delivery.
Please let me know when I will get the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have all the models of maruti suzuki for display, only Celerio and swift dzire was available.
So do not expect that you can get test drive or else.
Standard delivery time same as other dealers.
Sales person has good knowledge about car and upcoming car changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alto K10 was given for regular service with some complaints about hard clutch and hard steering. Total cost went up to approx 20K INR. When vehicle was inspected upon completion, the cleaning of vehicle internally was found to be incomplete. This puts a big question mark on the quality and authenticity of service quality.
With such experience next question on mind for any customer would be about the replacement of parts done.
This indicates saturation of business for Simran Motors and less focus on customer requirements. I would not recommend to anyone for vehicle service over here.
Adding more information here - None of the customer support team has got back to me in last 2 weeks. Trust me it is waste of hard earned money as they do not provide any genuine service to the vehicle.
