#I keept my car for more than 20 days to resolve the issue which is raised only cause of their engineerings fault while normal serviceing
#Issue is regarding electronic and coding
# which they cant resolve till 20 days Even the service manager don't have any answer and very casual about my losses
# after all I bring my car home without removing issue
And they charged me everything that includes their faults
# firstly they accept their faut and while payment they charged me everything and deny their fault
#unskilled labour
I must say labour cause they don't have manners#
They are not aware of the technology of top variant

Worst after sale service seen ever
If Maruti Suzuki needs to maintain their reputation then
they should close this Showroom as soon as possible
People are highly irresponsible,worst service and management veery bad service after sale vehicle

I had booked Ertiga CNG in Nov2021. The verbal commitment for delivery was 8-9months and on paper it was 12months.
After couple of months, when I thought to check the updates they said 'you will get soon,keep payment ready' and I kept my payment ready n was waiting for a month.
After one month of waiting when I asked them, Salesperson said,If you are putting accessories of Rs.-1Lakh then you will get car early bcoz there is accessories quota. I am just shocked that neither this is informed in beginning but after 3months later they had started telling accessories quota. This is like blackmailing customers who wanted car early. Other showroom doesn't have such quota.
I m just wondering if customer is looking for early delivery, what all different options they are going to bring in future.
Just to check on that accessories quota, I called the service mngr once and asked is there such quota, why for Rs 1Lakh etc.
When Salesperson came to know that I had a word with service mngr, he said me that why you have not talked to me and similar arguments and also said that I was planning to give car in 8-9 months but you will have to wait till 12 months as mentioned on paper.
I am just disappointed. Finally, I have decided to cancel my booking bcoz of such wrong treatment.
