★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I visit this service, I had very bad experience. Recently my car original part (mirror setting knob) was missing. Thanks to me i saw it. However this is the part which I saw, may sone original part of inside they already have changed.
This time my car rear bumper was changed, and the new bumper fitted was scratched, not fitted appropriately, reverse sensors stopped working now after body shop work ( may be they have changed original, not sure) , back dicky lock was losses fitted, it came out after 45 km run (thanks to them at least they have fitted wheel screw properly, otherwise it would have also been came out. Lolz)
I booked complaint, it later customer care manager convinced me to sign satisfaction papers, and now no call receiving by customer care manager
Other service center are way to far, so it seems I have only this option or can say they have monopoly in market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Satya automobile pvt ltd raigarh to claim my tyre issue.
wheel ran only 100 kms after I replaced spare wheel with my front codriver side wheel.
I observed Bubble occured on tyre they rejected and said not covered under warranty.
So I am asking that how lathargicbis your warranty policy that it can not be covered.
And if not covered so what can I do now i stucked being a maruti suzuki customer.its completely product failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not large nor small showroom, hospitality was OK, poor service- they always give reason for extra charge during insurance billing, they lost floor mat while servicing, take longer time than they told, u can not buy spare parts even (smaller) here if ur vehicle is not with u on the service centre.
