★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there recently to replace grill under wipers. Obviously since the part is not frequently replaced by many was not readily available. Car Kraft offered a good service in placing an order for the same and were deligent in updating the progress and called me when it was available for fitting. The job was completed in about an hours time.
This was my first visit and I was not disappointed.
It is little hideously located. I never knew we had an authorized Maruti Service Center in the area.
I will give my car for next servicing to this place, and come back and update this review accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over charged me for servicing 12000 rs and later after 6 months i was facing wheel alignment and wheel balancing problem.
Useless and worst service.
These big service just do engine oil top up they don’t change the entire oil.
Once free service is done the attitude and behaviour changes.
Its better give it to some genuine person who really takes care of your car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with carkraft, they charged us for spare parts replacement and upon checking, found that in reality the parts were not even replaced, Confronted them and the staff there was giving excuses ! Please be careful when giving your car here and ensure you check things as per the bill. Charges for the service is also on the higher side.

Poor quality of car service.
Repair and painting work was shody and not done as per their commitment. On being questioned they started lying about their commitment and even held my car on Ransom.
Didn't allow me to speak to the owner of this center.
Doesn't deserve even a single star.
Guys ,beware of this so called authorised service center. Even local mechanic on mulund sonapur link road would give better service at a much cheaper rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only provide good services for New Cars and once the Car gets old...
They lose interest in your Car and shall advice you to buy another Car.
Never buy AMC from them. Always double check with local Mechanic who can be more reliable than CarCraft.
Their Service Station doesn't have CCTV Coverage, Petrol/Diesel Theft is usually noticed...
Whatever Business this Service Station gets is only due to the good will of Owners...
But they need to change/reshuffle the old staff who have now become rude and many times it appears as if they do it intentionally and replace with new staff else their business will go to nearby garages..

All repair work was meticulously done. Impeccable service. Reasonably charged. I'll get my car service at this centre always.
