★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately i got 2 major servicing done at this centre and both the times the result has been quite poor. You can get a hefty bill for sure but there will be some or the other problem left behind. Couple years ago i had to get my vehicle suspensions replaced and they did a very shabby job. And very recently I had to replace the clutch which is a major work and now my vehicle keeps stalling and goes off while switching gears. Follow ups dont work as they get a lot of cars to service..they will give aome or the other reason to just delay and pass your time. I wonder if there is really any good service centre for Maruti in Navi Mumbai area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. Do not have a ramp for car washing from underneath. Washing department just only sprays water and wipes it. Do not clean the bottom nor the mudguards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are only taking money. I did my 1st paid service of my new model wagonr car. But they forgot to put 1 screw in front left brake. Think it's a mistake to be taken or not ..... When I called them and said this thing with photo one manager level person said put me on wait for two days and then gave me some other manager level person name to meet and discuss your problem...... Shame on these fellows .... They are playing with life of person..... Putting photos also ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall area is ok. Service centre needs restructuring in terms of parking & office seating, rest staff is helpful. Take all knowledge abt car issues , technical guy also ready to share details if asked in proper way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i had today in my car pawne gaon ,navi mumbai .i'll not recommend any person to go to this service center if you want to save your money as well as time use local service center or any other service centre the technician was very helpful but the executive who attend my car service was the worst one .dont know about other excutives but mine executive was worst . In terms of rating i'll give him literally negative marking out of 10 don't want to disclose his name but yess next time i'll definitely not come to this service centre . My experience was very hectic. I reached here at 8 am morning and still didn't get my car service done . Now it's 4:30 pm . For normal service they take 1&2 hrs but for washing they need was 4 hrs lol?. Ps: My car plzz you need to change your policy ... Plzz follow timon which you give to your customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was good . Service centres opens at 8 and u can directly go and get ur car serviced or book appointment via call prior as well.
Mechanics are well knowledgeable, knows what is wrong in the car and provide achi wali service. Then car goes for a washing and cleaning where a team of nearly 20 men just simply makes sure that your car looks super new coming out from the showroom ? ?
Only negative point is the dust outside the service centre, it is really annoying... Maruti should look for alternatives on this part

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service, do not recommend.
For small Car dent they tool 3-4 days but no estimation.
Everyday their Body Shop person gives false commitment that the estimation will be given today but never turns up. Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE & Do NOT TRUST THEM that your work will be done soon (even if small work).
Unfortunately there is no place to give less than 1 start, they do not even deserve for any star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my XL6 car service done today. The workshop is well streamlined and staff/mechanics are very busy and cooperative. They carry out car service as per company guidelines and guide you best. If you want quick service then better to reach as per the slot given to you perhaps by 9.00am. Car washing area needs an improvement due to space constraints and takes more time. Customer waiting room at 1st floor has AC and good sofas & serve you tea, water and has attached toilet for both gents and ladies with Pantry. Good time here.Thanks Maruti Suzuki my car team.
