★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the fast and efficient service center of maruti arround the area, staffs are well versed emphatic, and team is helpful towards the customer satisfaction.
But there are a few pain points
1) place is bit on the smaller size (floor area) but that doesn't hamper productivity rather it creates aditional steps within production
2) waiting area is pretty small ( most people leave there car and come back later, but it's harmful on Covid-19 scenario
3) they are charging for sanitisation (~350) but they are actually not properly sanitising , the basic sanitisation is mandatory on the car which they are simply spraying on the car, after it has entered the workshop floor and by then atleast a couple of employees have touched the car.
4) the advanced sanitation of (1200+) gst include wrapping of steering wheel and driver seat with some kind of plastic. But while working the plastic on the seat is bound to get displaced. Hence a proper mechanism must be there in place.
5) the staffs must be given proper training and refresher training every alternate day to smooth the pain areas and management should look into it for errors in mask usage. That can easily keep everyone safe in the service center.
6) rest assured there are skilled technicians available, so no problem with that only issue is safety in Covid-19 scenario.
