★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is not for renewal of insurance, but for the follow ups being done. The customer care ppl start following up with you 2-3 months in advance to renew the insurance. There are atleast 2-3 calls everyday, 2-3 emails everyday and 2-3 SMS everyday for insurance renewal till the time you don't renew the insurance. Inspite of telling every time that I will renew the insurance when time comes, the calls, emails and SMS do not stop. Insurance renewal is hassle-free, but these follow ups should be stopped immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After making payment, a message appears Payment Successful. The concern is that there should be a print option for the record of the customer so that if anything goes wrong, the customer can take up the matter. I had to manually write in my diary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying an insurance is super easy through Maruti Portal. However, what I like the most is the after sales service. I do not require to call anyone for a claim or repair. Just submit the car and relax. Never experienced and difficulty for a claim. Maruti itself communicate on your behalf. I rate it as excellent.
