★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been associated with Sai Service for quite a while as a customer and lately with my car MH xx xx 4719. I usually hand over my vehicle to Mr. Jitendra Chavan ji for maintenance and service. He has been really helpful, understands the problem, explaining the remedy and ever ready to help. He probably has taken care of my car as he would have done with his own. Thank you Jitendra ji and to the team! Keep up the good work!

Sai Service engineer Mr Manohar immediately provided assistance and helped to resolve problem, oil changing and other service was done and same day vehicle was handed over back to me. Mr. Dharmendra Singh, immediately attended me. He gave me all the necessary inputs for my car service. The quality of work was excellent and car was ready on the day promised. Mr. Dharmendra Singh has been very kind, humble, polite and attentive. He also helped me to activate my Auto Card personally. He also took me in the garage and showed my car getting serviced. He showed me the parts which were being used for my car service. Thanks for the wonderful service. I Also Thank, Mr. Chimay Madame the customer service manager. for having such a wonderful service team at Maruti Suzuki Sai Service Andheri (Workshop).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to give the vehicle in Sai Service only. Mr Rama Pujari is the person mostly do the servicing. He guidance and suggestion helps me to keep the vehicle in good condition. He is very co-operative and guide properly to keep my vehicle up to date. I never faced any problem in servicing. My best wishes to him and his team. Always he give us excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am connect and associated with Sai Service since 2001 which was my daddy's M800, today this is the 03 car since then. I am happy and thankful to the support provided to me with my (as a Customer's) requirement since then. The associate service supervisor (Mr. Deepak & Mr. Jitendra) and mechanic during my visit till date have been very supportive and being instructing on how to keep the healthy of the car good to last long.
On some instance the new manager at Sai Service, Andheri-E have also been very helpful and cooperative. I found him (Mr. Manish) is very down-to-earth person with my service managers I have interacted or have connected for any other means.
Once again thank to God for having such good ? people connected with me....????✌???

The SA Amit Redkar was very helpful in briefing me about the service required for my vehicle.
I would rate the services as below
*Hospitality*: the waiting room was clean and had car magazines which kept me occupied while I waited to be attended by the SA. I was offered tea, biscuits and mineral water until then. - 5/5
*Servicing of vehicle*: Carried according to service manual - 5/5
*Vehicle polishing*: The job done was satisfactory as some parts were missed/not polished properly- 4/5
*Issues*: the service executives disconnected my dashcam probably due to confidentiality issues. They could have connected it back when the service was done. I had to spend another 10 minutes connecting the dashcam back.
however, Overall a good experience at Sai service
