Got delivery of my Ertiga cng in 6 months which is fair enough given the current waiting situation all over India for Cng vehicles. Awesome staff. Trustworthy Dealership?.

I had given my eatiga car for service at sai service on 28 th Jan 22 . Overall service is excellent. Mr Sandeep Ithape service advisor done my car service as per suggested by me and Mr Sandeep Ithape is very cooperative person and his concern and behavior about overall work for car is excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is bitter this time as I m doing regular service of my car from Sai service Andheri , I took my car after service and the same day I experienced problem in clutch and accelerator, I escaped from an accident on highway due to faulty servicing , the car was much better before servicing, It was not expected from Sai serviceAndheri after paying huge amount for servicing.
The services become poor now-a-days from Sai service Andheri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased swift AMT petrol in 2021, most milage efficient car of this Brand. but giving milage 11 km on an average, drove around 2k. When informed service center they said we cant do anything, thats the highest not even bothered to check. Even after requesting multiple times.
Forcing rather than convincing to take some service in just 2nd services, which was done in 1st service. If every free service we need to spend 2-3k what is the use.
Felt for a moment could hv buyed some 7 seater. Instead of buying this

I'm one your valued customers since last 22 years. Highly disappointed & loose a trust. I had some complaint in my vehicle ERTIGA regarding brake noise from rear left side. After taking confirmation from service center i took my car to service center. My service advisor was Mr. Jitendra Chavan. After taking a test drive he briefed me the issue. I asked for solution he said you need to change Brake Liner, Brake Cylinder & (Drum if required) both side i said ok. My car braking was perfect. he also said same thing. only noise issue will be their if you don't change it. Without diagnosing he suggested all these thing. I asked him if braking is fine then how would be a brake cylinder issue..The reply was i know the issue 99% problem had been solved by changing all these parts.we played with this problem. What a confidence.. without opening tyre..
He said if you want i can change brake liner but not sure about noise. The given advise was non satisfactory so i left service center. I was sure that their is an issue with Brake liner i shown to local garage he opened the tyre and checked he said their is no thickness on liner you need to replace it. I ordered same From Sai Service MGP outlet replaced it and my problem got resolved. Within 2 hours where I had been asked to keep car for one day at service center.
** Without Diagnosis Advisor given advice.
** Feels I will call REPLACEMENT CENTER not Service center. (Where parts get replace not repaired)
** Don't fool customer. Some of them understands Technical & Mechanical things.
** Perfect way to earn by fooling customers.
** I also Using Maruti Suzuki since last 22 years.
** Advisors are intuitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. My vehicle was recalled for part replacement. They replaced the part and after that my music system buttons stopped working, rear camera stopped, FM stopped. They did not pack the oil seal as well. Now all the oil is spilled out. Worst service ever. They will only talk gently and call for 5 star rating.
