★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 25k and booked the Kia Carens diesel MT top variant, after a few days I wanted to change my booking to a AT vehicle. I told the showroom executive about this and he said that it can be done later as well so I waited. By the 1st week of April he said that if we change the booking then we'll have to pay 1 lakh rupees more than the of price of the AT variant as the price of the car have increased. He should've changed the booking a month before when I first met him and told him. In the end I had to purchase the MT one. On a different note I also purchased all the accessories for which you have to pay separately. I paid 19k for that and only got 9k worth accessories at the time of pick up. They didn't give floor mats which was the most important. For 3 weeks I had to drive the car without mats. Hated the service. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kia cars on display, they were quick to set up the appointment for a test drive, but when we reached there, it took a lot of time to actually test they car. Staff is good and helpful and quick to resolve your queries. Can get a bit crowded. Overall a good experience
