★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Customer Service. We went to test drive the 700 twice and the response was great. Parking space around the showroom is a problem, but the staff accomodate your car, u need to ask for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing experience. After being a Mahindra loyalist for over 20 years, seeing a lackadaisical service from the showroom staff was immensely frustrating. The sales personnel seems least bit interested in tending to a customer and an excruciatingly painful wait of 2 hours still ended in me not getting a sales personnel to attend to me. I may be convinced about booking a Mahindra vehicle (with no credit to the sales team here) but I'm certainly taking my business to another dealer. If you are in the market for a Mahindra vehicle I would urge you to consider another dealer where curlsromer's time and business is valued. I'm surprised this dealership is still afloat considering the unprofessional attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate NBS experience as "very poor". Unprofessionally handled. Except Puja of the car at the time of delivery, no celebration. Cake was handed over at the time me and my family which included my 82 year old mother, while departing the showroom after taking delivery of much hyped XUV700. Car Photograph along with my family was clicked but was never given to me as experienced in the past with Hyundai and G3Motors. As for the housekeeping, only one trash-box existed (not anywhere in the customer lounge) but that too being kept next to Shree Ganesh idol at the showroom. Either NBS International hasn't learnt from recent experience of Mahindra Tumkur in Karnataka or how a Customer/Buyer is felicitated at the time of delivery by other Mahindra Dealers across India. And this is despite being in Financial Capital of the Country Mumbai. Also it contradicts Mahindra's Philosophy or "RISE". The background is NBS International felt i cant buy the car and hence even the Test Drive wasn't offered. However I still booked because it is manufactured by Mahindra & Mahindra (the trust it carries) and i already owned Mahindra Xylo-E8. NBS is poor in reading Consumer behavior and mindset. I would rate my experience as 2 in the scaled of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of staff, no coordination and you will be assisted for XUV 700 only if you agree to buy with the long waiting period. The car is good the features are great... but the sales and service is a big drawback.
