★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase my Swift in September 2021.After the completion of my 2nd service i got en error in my meter it might a engine check error none of maruti employees have time to check the issue. They told me that its a wiring issue and I have to pay approx 8-10k to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is worst service centre of competent service centre in delhi. Mr satish workshop manger of said service centre is too arrogant person and not willing to listen to query of customer. Mr. Abhishek body workshop manager has also rude behavior and incapable for service. Worst experience for competent dwarka service centre.
Request to maruti to open separate service centre for atleast preminum vehicles of NEXA.
This service centre is run by fool persons having unprofessionalism way . Maruti having renowned brand should be action to close this service centre as soon as possible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the service! Finally my car was taken care pretty nicely! Staff is cooperative, you have a small waiting area but have the water, tea and the WiFi to entertain you and to not letting you being bored waiting for your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my Dzire for service through pick up and drop. When I received the vehicle it was in shabby state. Cleaning or washing was done in a shabby manner. I doubt if rest of the things were carried out in a proper manner. Staff was apologetic and did the internal cleaning quickly ( had to visit the workshop which I was avoiding in these COVID times). Will advise everyone to look for another service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service for all the cars are available, whether its nexa or arena, body shop is also there for any paint or repair work and also the washing facility, some of the executive are good some dont its dont your luck whom you meet. Rest all is fine didnt find any issue, one more thing always have some spare time as bcz of rush you need atleast 3 to 4 hours minimum.
