★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have a proper knowledge of A.C. repairing. I have only the issue of cooling. They told me the task of entire day and charge of approx. Rs. 4000. But same is solved by Maruti Nariana in Rs. 684 only. These people are only for making money only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not deserved for any star.worst service station ever visited,work quality is very very poor, all materials used are duplicate. Road side mechanic is far better than this service station.Your car condition will be worst after servicing at this service station.
If carnation wants to mantain their standards they should immediately blacklist this farzy service station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have serviced my car - wagon R from SS automobiles 3 times. Here are my reviews from the past experience:
1. Supervisor just receive the car. Mechanic on their own start working without going through the job card.
2. No checklist followed for the service.
3. Supervisor just prepare the bill without knowing that what job has been done and what not. All the time i had to check and inform them that this job has not been done.
4. Most important: whenever i had my car service from them i have faced certain issue after the service and i had to suffer on road in the past. This time i am facing mileage issue after service which they are not able to identify the reason. But i am suffering with 30% mileage loss. May be i will have to visit Maruti workshop again.
Not recommended at all.

MONEY WASTE! TIME WASTE! MENTAL HARRASMENT!
I would suggest people to go to authorized company service center or some local mechanic rather than wasting your money at SS Carnation.
I sent my i20 car for insurance repair and faced my worst nightmare ever.
The quality of work they have done is pathetic and poor. All my engine & interior parts are lose and making hell of a noise. Nobody is taking responsible of it. They took 4 months and my car was still not ready so i had to forcefully fight for getting my car. The bill amount was huge and comparatively work done was worth zero. Once i got the car i was facing a new issue everyday, sometimes the airbag light turns on someday my power steering stopped working. All my electric parts were malfunctioning.
With my experience i would not suggest even my enemies to go to Carnation Dwarka Sector-3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After repairing my car, they put an additional dent. So, while picking up my car, I checked properly and found this scratch. First they argued that it was there since beginning, but after I disagreed, they told me that they need to check it with the insurance surveyor. After 3-4 days when I cross checked from the photographs that surveyor had sent, I showed it to them and asked to repair the fresh scars. One of the main guy there, named Santaram asked me to pay 1500 bucks for repairing whole bumper. It was definitely there fault and I also had a proof with me now. So, I asked him to repair only the part where they put that scratch.
So, my experience has not been sweet. Time taken to repair a car is also too much.
