servicing was done in a hurry and minor repairs that were required were not done.
im sure there is one thing that everyone will agree with me on,that the amount that is quated and the amount that is presented in bill is never same but always way above.
the labour charge levied on my vehicle was greater than the cost of repairs needed for my car.
when the service is due a lady keeps on calling you at odd hours and keeps on pestering to get your service done.
i was told that i would be able to refund my earned reward points in next service by this same lady on phone but no such communication was provided to me when i actually submitted my car gor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite overpriced. Though they attend very nicely. But they are very poor with covid protocols. Not a single employee was wearing the mask properly. And the irony is, there's a big notice which says, entry without mask is prohibited and will be fined 500/- for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good outlet for owing a Maruti Car. The firm provide good vehicle service as well at it's service centre at govindpura industrial estate. Here you'll get Insurance facility too where you get all companies insurance policy along with Insurance claims. Staff is also very supportive and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is slow. The Manager is not well versed about vehicles and specifications. Not focused on customer. Called beforehand still was told that we should have called. Simple rectification took long 2 hours. Selling premium vehicles but no premium service. Highly disappointed.
