Most of the time work not done due to unavailability of parts....
Or some Paint touch up not done due to non availability of labour or manpower....
Be careful what you said and actually it is done or just sake of doing it happened....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited My Car 2 times, last time I requested for Horn issue. That issue not solved that time and I phase too much problem for horn.
Today I visited for recall and explain horn issue again this time horn has changed. Will see my horn issue still remain or solved.
Otherwise staff is good and cooperative.
Washing is also good. washing is having great setup with different operations stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited My car Chakan to get my car serviced. After serviced I saw I am abruptly charged. I was charged for what was not clearly communicated n they charged me for consumables which they regularly use as consumables on other's cars issue.
I changed brake pads and as per the advisor I also agreed to replace brake disc, but I witnessed workmanship mistake and brake lever is jerking every second I am applying brakes.
See the sheer negligence. Everybody understands importance of brakes...
I was billed heavily 17500 but service is very poor. I asked to handover my vehicle as it is without even my car washed and left station in frenzy.
I was offered discount at initial stage, but later I denied to have any discounts and paid whatever was invoiced.
Raised complaint with Maruti company.
