★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unprofessional People. Changed my car battery with a defected battery. I take a picture earlier so that i forced them to replacement. Unethical people with full of careless ness. for 50 days my vehicle was there when I go there to collect not even then work was complete. Clutch was not working properly when i drive and they said It required replacement. I said why u not confirm me earlier about this in quotation. They said reh gaya hoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have mostly used their services for car washing which i loved the most. I once have dine by wheel alignment and balancing which was not upto mark and gave a feedback to them. Staff is good helpful, i met with owner several times and he is a good person who takes customers satisfaction on priority. They mainly targeting customers who have luxury cars but dont want to spend lakhs in periodic services. Must try once....

1- over expensive items.
2- they deals in working hours. So they won't be available post 6pm in weekdays and Sunday off.
3- no proper show case of seat covers. All they show there online catalogue even when you visit there place. I visited them to get the look and feel feeling of seat covers.
4- They don't have enough labour available so they call up when they have labour available on their timings.
I ordered a stearing wheel cover from them and get that installed in other market. Won't coming back there surely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit sceptical first based on my bad experiences with some of the local mechanics but this all changed with Car Eager.
They listen to your complaints and try to provide best possible solutions within your budget. I got my Mercedes E250 suspension and electronics repaired done and I am fully satisfied with the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited car eager for front bumper replacement. Promised that they will arrange within 3 days. Placed order and given advance… 2 months still waiting for the part to come.
Now when I tried to take status they say sir take your money and get it done some where else.
What about 2 month time wastage.
Only sugar coated words don’t work…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience recently has been different. We visited because the deal for car wash and polish was good.
The waiting time for car wash and polishing was too long (almost 5 hours). I am not sure why they washed the car after polishing. Generally the car is washed first then the polishing/waxing work gets done.
Since our car was washed after polish, there was absolutely no shine! All the scratch marks became more prominent.
CarEager didn't work for us.
