★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience with Nissan. Worst service. I.have 5 years warranty but this service center and Customers care both denied to cover warranty he told me your service log is not update. I have completed my all service in service center . 1 time some
accidentally case same time service time i have completed all work with the cost of 55000 rs . But he sad to me in our log book not update this service. I told this is not my fault this is your side fault and i am not responsible for this . He told me warranty is not provide by Nissan this warranty provided by third party TVS and he denied to cover. Customer warranty purchase from Nissan don't purchase from TVS so that customer know to only nissan . So i request to everyone don't west money for Nissan vehicle and warranty. I shared my 4.5 Year experience. Due to this service center Nissan. Company go down in market because in Gurgaon only this service available .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT.
I visited on 30/11/2021 at nearly 03:15 pm for changing of faulty AC - hot to cold changeover motor. I was having a prior booking and made a prior enquire about the availability of the spare-part to be fitted. I feel very disappointed on discussion with service advisor-
1) Firstly, he tried to make a pressure on my saying that “ Sir, I need to open the dashboard of the car for part fitment, and I can return the car only after two nights.” While I was having a prior appointment of this work.
2)Then he said that he is not having a part named as Actuator. I had already sent the part’s picture on their official what’s app number on date 29/11/2021 and they confirmed about its availability within the workshop store. Dealing person told her name as Renu.
3)His third fault was that he tried to make me fool by fitting a part of lower size. (Lessor number of gear teeth). I counted the number of teeth and asked him why he is doing so, he was speechless.
4)Car was there for repair and as Service Advisor told me that he cannot do the repair, I was supposed to take my car to home on the gate security person asked me for gate pass of the car which he had not provided to me.
So, I neither recommend buying a car from NISSAN nor recommend Vertex Nissan , Gurugram. These guys are useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was facing some serious issues with my X-trail, the dedication & honesty shown by staff was very commendable. They really worked hard to chalk out the issue. Crew didnot let it go.
One the best & clean work station I have come across. Naming the staff isn't appropriate, otherwise very impressed. Billing was smooth & fast.
