★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience was okay - can do better with Customer Experience in the customer lounge though. Good thing was to see so many familiar faces from Hartron Motors that gave me the comfort of having my vehicle in safe hands. I was wrong in my thinking though, my car didn't start within two weeks of paid service, turned out that they failed to inspect the vehicle carefully!!
Latest experience was really good though. Everything was very smooth and professional.

They got my car’s engine replaced with 2weeks
Which generally takes long time
However this is good place to get your TATA car service done

Customer service representative are good. Front office will try to help you in whichever way is possible.
Mechanics are diligent and know their job.
Negatives:
Service managers are at another level without any regard for your time. It will take around 3-4hrs for your free services. Much more if you report any mechanical issues. The only answer to your issue would be what can we do. They will be good only if you can accept their sales pitch for anti-rust coating, extended warranty etc. if not, forget about any normal service from them.
Washing service is handled by roadside vendor. If you have black color car,pls stand there while its being washed otherwise you will regret getting it washed. Trust me on this. Also, equipment can go faulty at any time and you may need to wait for another 2hrs or go with out it to come back other time.
Also please watch out as people can be abusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst service experience in last 3 years of me having a car. I am very disappointed to see such negligence with servicing where they didn’t even properly wash the car. Had to complaint about the dust in AC vent, on seat covers and even on car body.
Boot space wasn’t even touched- it was really strange how they can complete the washing without touching boot.
Well I won’t recommend #Zedex to anyone for sales and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can easily reach 5* service if they fix some small but important issues.
Detailed :
(1) Location : 3*
Its deep inside village road which makes it poor in connectivity
(2) Ambience and Lounge : 7*
Super clean and cozy customer lounge with great pantry service, big thumbs up for Pantry guy( he makes awesome coffee)
(3) Service Quality : Since my Nexon went for second service I can't say much about service quality but they look decent and transparent in service.
(4) Waiting time : 0*
Maybe it's newly opened that makes them bad in time management and staff numbers...it took almost 5 hours in total and that to 3 hours just for washing
(5) Staff behavior : 5*
Staff is good, educated well trained
From security to mechanic everyone was good.
Overall : I can recommend this workshop but only if you have free time to kill.
This may easily improve once they notice and try to fix.

Its good, neat & tidy. Staff is amicable too. Service so far was satisfactory but they need to improve in the Washing & cleaning. That was a disappointment for me.
Looks like the interior of my car was never cleaned.
Anyways, hopefully they will take a positive feedback and improve their service. Rest is all good. Not very crowded like other tata workshops. Location is also great. Easy to reach.
Can think of getting my next service from here.
