Not only the buying experience has been great with the whole e-commerce and the personal engagement during the purchase and the delivery of the Kia Seltos that I took, but the customer service has been exceptional. I would like to mention Jimmy Swami who is a great Service Advisor who has been helping me at each step and even arranged self pick ups for services which comes in handy when your schedule is a little tight. 5 stars to Jimmy and team for being the flag bearer of great customer service.
