We are calling on given contact no. of showroom website but no any positive response for below issue.
We have purchased an old car Kwid RC no. HR26DM2173 from the dealer. But we are chasing from dealer for Second key of Car from one month he was saying that car owner has shifted the home so that he could not able to find the key.
Today he is saying that he purchased the car from the showroom and he doesn't share the old owner's details.
Request you to please share the contact details of the old owner if you can't please help the key from the person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressive set up. You will have a premium feel once entered into show room. Nice collection of all types of Next category cars. You can have a look of all kinds of accessories at showroom itself and get to know price then and there. That's something better.
However giving only 3 stars because I feel they must improve upon customer service. Warmth and a welcome attitude is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think This Dealership is the worst Maruti has. I just visited them to take the delivery of my car Baleno Delta. To my surprise, the behaviour of the staff in this Dealership is not only Horrifying but makes you feel that you are actually dealing with a bunch of Goons and People who are Least bothered or even have the minimum education of how to talk to a customer.
I used the washroom and defineyly locked it from inside. I was there for a maximum 3 to 4 mins and one of their Staff Gajendra ...I am sure I am using the right name..continuously knocked for more than 20 times and using some thick accent which really makes you feel unsecured. I came out and protested and really informed the staff that this behaviour is unacceptable. The best part is the guy then informed ..What do I mean ...as if nothing happened.
This is how you treat your customer who just paid you 8.19 Lac ..What a rubbish dealership and God knows who hire these people.
I am sure Management is completely clueless or they too have the same approach
I sincerely request all to avoid this dealership and we have multiple others who treat customers with Respect.
I am even going to complain with Maruti Sales and Marketing Team ..for this incident.
Worst Experience.
I actually came out without even taking the delivery
And imagine I paid already 7.5 Lacs...
You wasted and completely shattered the dreams of my family and kids who went to take the delivery
