★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor washing quality after repair. The vehicle sustained scratches while they were maneuvering it inside workshop. Very careless behaviour. The king of washing quality was horrible. Just six months back they did a good job but their performance has declined drastically. Not at all satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't give proper attention to customers, i visited 3days for a single problem to be fixed...and had conversation with other customers, they have same opinion about the workshop. They dont understand the problem clearly, they just go with the conventional servicing techniques which sometimes doesn't cure the right problem. Had a talk with assistant works manager Samrat da, very good person, resolved my problem personally. Customers have to wait for 2hr even after servicing and billing, just to get a clear way out for your car. very clumsy, very very much over crowded. Advisors are working very hard but they are overloaded too. I strictly don't recommend this service center...i bet ur car will be harrased and neglected. Please search for another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done servicing, insurance claims all from this garage/ workshop since purchase of this vehicle. Though I have given them five stars here because of their overall service quality, but I feel they may improve the Turnaround Time (TAT) of servicing, especially washing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintaining good standard. Staffs are courteous and knowledgeable. Body shop staffs are very active and do take proper care of your car.Advisors and Mechanics are Professional. Polishing done was good .
Only Disadvantage is that there's long waiting for your car to get attended.I waited almost 15 mins outside the gate for the car to make entry and then waited for 1 hr 30 mins before someone attended me and almost after 2 hrs 15 mins my car was put on the ramp even though I had appointment.Less workforce and delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very congested and fish market type place. No proper customer lounge or service assistance. All executives are very busy and wouldn't have time to listen to you. Only good thing was that they mentioned the high delivery time up-front

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This workshop has been scamming customers since it's inception by claiming their so called superiority just because the have a Maruti Suzuki dealership. Time and again they have proved their incapability to solve even simple issues in my car which have been solved in other Maruti authorized service centres. I have availed their services numerous times hoping for improvement but in vain. My experience just keeps getting worse everytime. Long waiting time, no attention to what customers have to say and their problems and obviously washing quality is just pathetic. They think that they are the boss where in reality it is the most pathetic workshop I have ever visited (especially Kamarhati & Ankurhati workshops). Moreover they also have the audacity to defame other workshops by misinforming customers and providing wrong facts about them. I would rather go to some authorized service station where I would get more attention to my problems than visit this so called "dealer workshop" that scams people day in and day out.
