★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service station i have ever visited. I accompanied along with my friend for a general service which was attended in time and delivered almost as promised. But the worst experience is with the insurance desk here who dont even care inspite we were waiting for hours in the waiting hall filled with mosquitoes. Thankfully i dont own this brand car and not planning to buy one close to this area !!!

They simply handover the car without minimal cleaning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here. They will make money on you. But they don't solve your complaint. I was asked about only clutch issue. Even they didn't solve it for new dzire in first service. And they are forcefully selling accessories like micro fibre cloth and perfume even I have in my car. If you want to lose your money you can go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pathetic experience with SB motors workshop which is located in NH-16. It took almost 20 days to replace my car bumper. Even after delivery, they still missed few parts which need to replace. There is no communication on when the delivery can be done. I have paid advance amount to book the spare parts 15 days in advance still they took 20 days to replace the parts. one more thing, they are not doing cash less service and we need to pay first & it will be reimbursed later with insurance company. Overall it's pathetic experience experience with this service centre. Be cautious with SB Motors workshop. It's better to avoid this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ur staff are so casual and they didnt care a pin to address the visitors.perhaps they would only care for prospective car buyers only. They dont mind after sale service requirements. This is all in your show room.
