Insurance claims are smooth.
Be aware that most of the time spares are unavailable (not the regular one like filters or pads etc.)
Like any other service station they will try to sell services which you don't require as per scheduled maintenance mentioned in manual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok. Tend to be customer friendly. Level of service I am not so sure about, but it's decent enough. You get sticky calls from them for service and car insurance, upto level of irritability. Staff has been very helpful, always ready to help for any issue. Thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found it like any other Maruti service centre. Nothing too special about it. The car service area could have been way cleaner. However, you are personally served well with water and tea in proper tea cups. That surely makes a difference. Another thing that can make a difference is if you can see your car being serviced from the waiting area itself. The glasses in the waiting area have been frosted out.
