The Zedex group is a family-owned enterprise being promoted by Atul Jain, Vaibhav Jain & Atishay Jain, with exposure and expertise in automobile and education. The group was started by Atul Jain, who is a first generation entrepreneur and in his 40 years of automobile experience, has worked with Escorts, JCB as dealer and also foreyed into manufacturing of forklifts and cranes. The group has a dealership of Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) for the state of Uttar Pradesh (East & West) since 2009, and has a very reputed clientele with key customer base consisting of various corporate and MNCs like Gammon India Ltd, Bhushan Steels, L&T, Simplex Infrastructure, Afcon Infrastructure, Punj Lloyd, Nestle, Gannon Dunkerley, Jubilant Sys and many more.

In 2011, the group decided to diversify in passenger cars as well and embarked on a new journey with the prestigious dealership for Nissan Motors for their passenger cars for Delhi region and started operations for Zedex NISSAN in March-2012. Since its inception, it has proved itself to be the flagship dealership for NISSAN in Delhi-NCR region with higesht sales in north India. The dealership boasts of excellent sales & service operations with 2 multi- storeyed showrooms in Patparganj Industrial Area and Dilshad Garden, catered by state of the art service facility spread over 1,00,000 sq.ft in Sahibabad Industrial Area, the biggest service facility for NISSAN in north India. With a keen focus on delivering maximum customer delight, it today has the highest customer base and the biggest workshop facility in Delhi with a capacity to serve more than 60 cars per day. Nissan Motors is the 2nd largest automobile manufacturer in Japan after Toyota and ahead of Honda cars. The automobile major has approximately 150 dealers in the entire Indian Territory and getting associated with such a brand is another jewel in the group’s crown.

The group has started a Volkswagen dealership as well in Aug’15 in the name and style of VW NCR East. The dealership is in the top-3 best selling dealership in Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad) region, and has the highest customer satisfaction in service in the region. They were awarded for ‘Best Parts Target Achievement’ by the parent company for FY-15-16, after only 8 months of complete operations. In Mar-17, the group has set up another VW dealership in Wazirpur in the name and style of VW RAJDHANI. Volkswagen group is based out of Germany, and is currently the world’s largest selling automobile seller in passenger cars category.

Group has recently acquired a dealership for KIA MOTORS in East Delhi, which is due for starting operations in Q1FY19-20.

The group also runs a school in NCR region (DLF Ankur Vihar), in the name and style of ‘Mothers’ Dreamland Junior High School’ Delhi, equipped with modern teaching curriculum and smart classes, and with average student strength of around 400 students currently.
