★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience on my first service of CB350 today. Clean and comfortable waiting lounge area, polite and very helping staff and great servicing overall. Their chief technician Zubair was very thorough with the bike and made sure everything was upto the mark. Overall had a great experience and I just hope they maintain their service quality as the number of vehicles increase in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spare parts of CB350 is not available with them. Always says, the ordered has been shipped or in transit and call after the parts received at Service Centre. But no one has informed the customer that the parts are available or not. Besides this, they ignoring the customer messages and call.
I prefer this location because this seems to be nearest from my residence but the services is not good in Patparganj Service Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gurgaon Bigwing service centre is just a few minutes away from my place but I went here for a minor issue with my motorcycle. This says two things - 1. this place is well recommended and 2. Gurgaon service centre is a piece of trash. Anyway, Zubair (the most recommended mechanic) looked into my issue with care and he fixed it like a pro which the Gurgaon guys couldn’t even understand. I would recommend this place to every Honda Bigwing customer.
