★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for car service and bodyshop purpose. They don't bother about customer and it's problem and absolutely not telling any status. Customers have to ask a lot of people for knowing small small things even after that whatever they want they can do on your car and left other things.
If you don't believe, then please send your car and you can experience yourself

First of all, the issue was not resolve at all totally. I complained about brake pad loose, it is still the same. Secondly, they used some kind of polish material on the dashboard, glass everything is sticky like they used some kind of cheap material. Third, instead of footpaper they laid some dirty newspaper all over the mat. What kind of service is that. Fourth,
During service or cleaning the handrest assembly got loosen. I am not satisfied at all. Will give 1 star rating.

They will not respond to your calls, will give fake delivery commitments. They will not even bother to reply to you or help you in anymeans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll suggest don’t go to Vipul motors. Maruti claims, we provide service at lower cost but at Vipul motors they charge min 10000. And they replace your original part with the local one and don’t provide satisfactory services. If there is option for negative rating then definitely I give it to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service is very poor. Even the basic washing is worse than a local vendor which is operating road side. The Staff are liar, pathetic and unprofessional over the phone. Never ever go for any kind of service to Vipul Motors J-14, Sector 63 service station.
My brand new car is having issue with coolant light and this has been informed while service but they have returned the car without looking into it. I have again dropped my car to their service centre but there was no resolution of it and the issue remain same.
After 2 initial services where only car wash has been done and the mechanical issue in the photo that has not been addressed, I have found everything very unprofessional and beyond their capability to serve the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A job that could be done in less than 2 hrs takes 7hrs here. Apparently they want to take on work without the capacity to deliver - just to meet revenue targets. So better part of the 7hrs the vehicle is waiting for the next stage.
During this time, being moved a few feet every few minutes by a new driver...
No Accountability - had to chase at each stage to move things.
Cleaning guys using the dirtiest of rags...
Smaller service centers would be any day better than these large dealer workshops.

My car's air cooler was damaged by Vipul Motors and when I went to pick up the car The roof is covered with black spots which have not cleared till date and have damaged the tail light of my car. When I told him what did he do A boy named Vivek Dubey kept lying to me that I will get it done tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and till date he has not got my tail light and roof fixed. Vipul motors have not Good staff. They are Liers.
