Tata Motors Limited - Noida

Went there on 16th Feb to get some insurance repair done. They promised in 1 day survey will happen and then after 3-4 days I will get my vehicle. On 19th when I called they said there is some issue with the surveyor and it will be done by 22nd Feb. On 22nd when I called the surveyor he informed that now they won't do Survey at Ayush motors and this was informed to them last week itself. When I called Ayush motors they said they will check and let me know. They then told me there is some issue with the insurance company and work can't be done and I should take my car to other dealer. They wasted entire week and didn't even bother to inform me. Very unprofessional service.

It's really pathetic to go for service on this Tata Service center. They just believe in making money without any satisfaction from the customer. Despite being given negative feedback, the agency is not ready to rectify the shortfall during services. I won't ever recommend the agency. One more example of their inefficiency is billing. I got the SMS to pay Rs. 835 whereas once got it was of Rs. 885 I don't know what terminology will they use just because once you counter they will start describing the things in different ways. So i would only request you all not to fall in the trap of this agency as they will promise some deliver something else

Wonderful service I must say even though people talk a lot of negatives about Ayush Motors authorised service centre for Tata cars, I did not found any issues and all my queries/concerns were handled in a professional manner. Ayush Motor is good place for car servicing. Polite and supportive staff members, experienced mechanics and good hospitality are the key features of this place. The most important is, it's not too much crowded so your car gets serviced in very good way. All in all a very good experience from Ayush Motors Sector 63 Noida and also will definitely recommend more people to visit them for all service related to Tata cars….??

Worst experience with TATA Ayush Motors Sector 63 Noida , I went there for car repair after my tail light broken and dent on quarter panel , initially after the inspection they estimated 25k for repairs , however after my car was in there service center for 4 days they sent estimation of 112000 for repairs , they added unnecessary things for damage and didn't even sent the estimation to insurance for survey and sent only on 4th days after follow ups with them , I would not recommend this service center to any one .How can people increase estimate from 25k to 112k is it relevant/logical. Literally I got frustrated and pull my car out from there and did the repair in other service center and that too on 10k only. People pls don't get into their trap.

Service delivery time is poor in case of accidental case. Overall service quality is good. No traffic is this area you can easily remove and exit the car if you compare with sagar motors who is in congested place of noida sector 5, overall experience is good. You can try this place

After going through mixed reviews here, I was a bit skeptical about M/s Ayush Motors, but being the closest one for me, I took a chance anyway for 4th service of my car (Tata Altroz XZO - Petrol) and honestly speaking, it was a pleasant experience for me. Although 4th service, which is also rightly termed as "minor service" shouldn't take longer than a few hours, but after initial inspection prior to handover, delivery time estimate was more than 6 hours, but i guess, their hands were already pretty full with other vehicles, who reported before me. Talking about the hospitality at service centre, I was treated well by all the staffs there. Special mention to Mr. Amit, who was my service advisor. He was very humble and professional in his approach and spoke in a genuine way. Vehicle was ready before the stipulated time, which is usually not the case with tata service centers, so that was commendable. Moreover, I felt the overall cleaning services provided by them was the best that I have got till date ( My car has been serviced at various Tata SCs from different regions located in Maharashtra, Kerala etc), so full marks for that as well. Coming to the issues resolution part, i had a minor issue with the gears (gear shifts weren't smooth as before especially in 2nd gear) and had asked them to rectify that. After taking a test-run post service ( This was something i didn't expect from a tata sc, as noone before them have offered me a test run post service for my complete satisfaction), I felt the issue still persists, but again it happens only during upshifts and that too only a few times, so it's not a major let down but still there is scope for improvement. The power delivery and throttle response has definitely gone up post service though ( I was literally grinning on my way back from the SC). Also, I felt their inventory management system needs to be better. Finally, talking about the charges, as many have mentioned in their reviews about them charging high rates for services rendered, I felt the prices were genuine. Summarising, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who resides in the Ghaziabad, Noida region, who are looking to get their vehicles serviced.

This service center is well located in Sector-63 Noida. It has space to handle large number of cars. They have EV charging point as well. Service Advisors are well behaved. Their guest launge is small but fine. Service time is slightly high
