My boot space was damaged in an accident and I randomly visited the workshop as it has been more than 15 days they have spent on my car repair, and I found my left front door not in place, and they were testing found testing the same on some different car (I have recorded the video also). you can imagine what goes behind your back. And after delivering the car, I found next day that they rear parking sensors were not working. And one raising issue, they were like you have to pay extra for this, despite the fact that they have repaired the entire rear bumper and boot space. And slowly they stop attending your call. I wish there could have been a negative rating.. unfortunatley 1 star is the least I can give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for XL6 Zeta MT and the experience was quite smooth at Vipul Motors. Rahul Chhabra helped us at each stage and answered all our queries. We also gave up are old car and the exchange transaction was done without much problem. At first we didn't know what to expect but Vipul Motors did not at any stage look like they were fleecing or extracting more than what was required. They also helped us with the applicable discounts wherever possible stretching their own margins. They sent a finance executive to our home to solve our loan queries and close the deal. Am grateful to God for aligning us Vipul Motors for our first luxury car even though it seemed unlikely at first. Special mention to Rahul Chhabra, he understands the needs of the customer and gives proper advice to a layman. Also worth mentioning is Sunil Chauhan who helped expedite the process with Rahul to ensure we got the car a week before scheduled delivery date.
