Hello vv expensive as compared to market rates / maruti parts in open market available at 5 to 14 % disc on mrp but Vitesse not allowing us to buy from market & labour too high .. it's good but my suggestion to do it from our mechanic & buy parts from open market so then overall costing will be saved by 25% appx ..this is my suggestion as I have no issues with Vitesse . Owing to there huge infrastructure cost labor too expensive ..

Today was my 3rd visit here, and highly disappointing experience which is otherwise good. Was given an appointment for today almost a week back. Received 2 confirmatory calls including once in the morning. Was never told at what time to get the car. Hours of operation mentioned are 8 to 7, lunch times not mentioned anywhere. Upon reaching at 1.15, I was told it was lunch hour and that I will have to wait to get attended as no one was available, initially was told to wait for half hour, after 5 mins I was told "don't know how long it will take". Whereas the lunch timings on display at the reception was 1.30 to 2.30, which according to them was old and had not yet been changed (great professionalism). I didn't know everyone went for lunch at the same time. I preferred not to wait for an "unspecific amount of time" and left without getting the servicing. If u r so eager to get customers that u call them for confirmation twice then atleast have the decency to inform that don't come at specific hours. Pls understand that Mondays is a busy time for people and they might have informed their offices that they are going out for certain hours, and if such deadlines are not met then it reflects poorly on us. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional service.

They only know how to make huge bills without giving in return service. None of the staff has deep knowledge regarding vehicle only things they know is to change engine oil, brake oil and their filters. If there is any problem in vehicle they are unable to catch and solve the issues. And more pathetic regarding insurance claim service all charges they will take from customers and settle all as a hidden liability. If claim is not passed 2500 bill is ready as compulsory payment. Consumable items are always hidden. They might keep vehicles more than months if their staff is low as per their convenience, but in same case if u take vehicle little late they will apply heavy parking charges on your bill. They make their own set of rules according to their benefits and not according to customers.

They keep delaying to give the car back on time one says Thurs one person calls and says Fri another calls and says Saturday it’s been 20 days

Have been getting my car serviced here since 2012. And with each passing year, I am only getting dissatisfied with my service experience. The best supervisor here was Mr.Surjan who would understand all the minor details and would explain properly and would never cheat the customers. After his retirement in 2017, I have no option but to choose the other guys. And since then, all my service have been heavy on pocket..and I have also been promised discounts but never been given in the year 2018.

A very disheartening and depressing experience with Vitesse service station at Prabhadevi. I had given my car for service and repairs. Had to chase them to get the car back, when I did, had to return the car since the quality of work done was pathetic to state the least. The 'advisor' only seemed interested in hiking up the bills and listing work which couldn't be verified. The real work was left unaddressed. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Won't touch Maruti Vitesse with a barge pole the next time...Au contraire, have had wonderful and satisfying professional experiences with Ford and Volkswagen service centres. Regret having bought a Maruti in the first place (after having had this experience). Anyway, one learns. Please avoid this centre, if you have a choice.

Expensive as always. Was told by the service attendant a day before the delivery of the vehicle that he would not be available and that his replacement would call me and explain the work done..... No call was received. Received a call from the centre that my CNG tank needed a mandatory check and that he would send me a picture of the tank by Whatsapp to ensure the tank was not switched during three check up.... No pic and no call. The entire service+ CNG tank check up+ front right brake work+front right engine mounting work cost me close to Rs 40000 with labour alone costing over Rs.12000. Let me hope that the money spent is worth it!!
