β β β β β If you are planning to sell your car, PLEASE DON'T approach true value at all. They will give the lowest possible value for your car. After selling it I enquired at many Instead check with Cars 24, etc. I even faced a lot of miss management with the paper work after selling the car as well. As soon as I sold my car, before even deactivating my fast tag account, money was already deducted from my account since some random person from True Value drove it and after requesting a refund we couldn't get any positive response from them. Instead the response I got was - why are you cribbing for such a nominal amount. WORST

β β β β β Every time car showing in their true value app after visiting and enquiring about that car they always tell that car is already book.. some time they have cars and they don't know about the price they told that you have to call tomorrow we will tell you the price..

β β β β β DO NOT SELL your Maruti car to them. I bought my car from Chowgule industries, ALWAYS serviced my car with them only. When I approached their True Value office for selling my car, they offered me a meagre amount of 2.5 lakh for Swift Dzire in excellent shape. I sold the same car at 4.45 lakh to a different company.
