★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered some Onam special food on 22nd of this month to deliver and they confirmed the order.Later on someone called me and said I have to pay an additional ₹300- 400 as delivery charges besides my payment of ₹1050.I was not satisfied with the deal as the delivery charges are too high and they didn't mention that at the time of the order so I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money back to paytm from which I paid.But after that I am not getting any information about the refund nor they didnot refund the money and not answering to my several queries.This is the first time I am facing such an ordeal and I am regularly ordering through Amazon , Big basket etc.without any problem at all. After posting the review they refunded the money back at last.
