β β β β β Got a chance to visit Taj Western End with friends and had dinner on Masala Klub, which is the most rated restaurant from TWE. The place was really awesome to celebrate some special occasion. This is one of the best place in Bangalore with its impeccable service and quality. We tried Doodhiya Murg Tikka and Shahi Masala Tikka as an appetizer with some mocktails. Then we moved the main course and ordered Murg Khatta Pyaz, Chicken Tariwala, Paraat Pulav and Cheese Naan. And at the end for some sweet teeth Gulukand Rasmalai and Kaju Kismish Ki Kheer. All were damn tasty and don't think about the quantity. It should be enough for you. Coming to the hospitality, as usual, no one can beat the hospitality and experience like Taj does. Overall we all were quite happy and satisfied with this place. Definitely will visit this place soon. And Thanks a lot, Taj & Masala Klub for your warm welcome.

Food: Expensive yet delicious
Hospitality: Waah Taj!
Complimentary: Shell like fries and potato chips. They are yummy. We went there to celebrate Anniversary and they arranged a yummy chocolate cake for us!

β β β β β Beautiful outdoor space, full of greenery. Came here for a family luncheon and we were not disappointed! Would probably skip dessert next time and fill up more on the starters. Great service too, Surinder was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back next time we visit Bangalore.

β β β β β Had chosen this place for a dinner with family for a special occasion. Had great expectations since it was a 5 star hotel
The good:
1. Located within Taj. There's valet parking
2. The quality of Paneer used
The not so good:
1. The service - right from seating us, serving food, etc. Did not see the usual courtesy which we experience even in very small restaurants. The service was very slow as well, it took about 3 hours to finish a complete meal.
2. The food - once again, did not find it extra ordinary / out of this world. It was decent just like any other typical small restaurant. We ordered the tasting menu, and there was not even a single dish that left a lasting impression on us to crave for it in the future
3. The price - it was expensive, as expected from a 5 star restaurant. However, it's definitely not worth it for the kind of service and the kind of food we had. Have had and experienced similar stuff for about 1/10th the cost.
The above rating and comments are only wrt what is really expected out of a 5 star restaurant, especially after paying that kind of money, but didn't meet the expectations.

β β β β β It was a fantastic dining experience. Taj chain of hotels do raise the bar in hospitality. We were attended to our satisfaction and in fact had a great experience with Shailendra who served us our meal. The menu has lot of options both in veg and non veg. I would not rate the visit 5 star as I felt some of the dishes lacked perfection as you would expect from hotel like this. Some of the dishes were a bit more salty than desired and which could have been better.

β β β β β Went in with a lot of high expectations and the ambience and the food was kind of up to the mark. A quiet little sanctuary of calmness and tranquility right in the middle of Bengaluru. A bit overpriced but it comes with the premium value of location and inhabitants both permanent and temporary in the hotel and it's close proximity to Vidhana Soudha.
The only drawback was that there was a huge swathe of mosquitoes that didn't let us have our lunch in peace.
