★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place a couple of times years back... Recently while passing through this area we thought of trying here this time...Firstly this isn't an authentic Punjabi dhaba... The following review is based on our average experience we had this time...
Ordered vegetable thali, egg rice, chicken 65 and butter naan with lassi... Chinese items aren't that great here I guess.. The egg rice was pathetic... Ended up leaving it half way.. it was just some Fried rice and egg... No flavours, no salt, no spice...!!! Totally bland....!!!!!! Naan is really good here... Chicken 65 was superb, fleshy and well cooked with perfect spiciness... It was amazing... The veg thali was the usual roti, dal, rice but in a very good quantity... There wasn't any unique taste though....
Ambience is one problem... There are hell lot of mosquitoes here and one will end up surely bitten by them and fall sick... The management has not taken any remedy against the flies and mosquitoes flying around... The service is also very slow...

The place is better than what it looks in google pics .
Service is attentive but matches the grounded prices.
My rating is 4.25 /5 which is very high for the joints around this area.
Paneer Tikka masala - Clearly no color(see pic), was rich and with 4-5 flat chunks of well marinated and tandoored paneer . One of the better paneer tikka gravies in recent times ?. The lack of food color itself gave a distinct flavour/taste to this preparation. This one is a winner ?
Butter roti had a generous dose of butter .. and Krishna loves butter ??
Ghee rice was standard, but was light on ghee . What is ghee rice without grease on your fingers ?.
Overall a positive outing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a congested area. Difficult to reach specially if you are in a 4-wheeler. But the food is as Punjabi as you can get. Close to majestic so convenient in some ways but not convenient in many ways

We ordered tandoori rotti with Punjabi special chicken, with ghee, salad and curd as sides (take away).
The rotti was well cooked, it was crispy and not at all wilt. Quantity and quality were nice.
The special chicken is a bit spicy. So if spicy food is not your cup of tea, ask them before ordering. It was provided in a container and had good quality. The chicken parts were cooked nice and were tender.
The side dishes were served on aluminium foil covers. Even though it was a takeaway, we had to pay money for paper plates and spoons were not included as they promised.
Much recommended.
