I have a very good experience in Mascot for my Dio, Twister and Unicorn, my friends are also Happy with the service as well. But, now I have just purchased New Honda Shine last Tuesday, I asked them I need very urgently as my other 2wheeler broke down. They gave me the bike very next day without passing, I told them I need to take it out , the executive asked me to run away if I see police while driving, what the hell. Am I a thief/Gunda to run away from Police for the bike only purchased. I chasing for the registration and now today is Thursday of next week. 8days gone and I have invested 98k for the bike I can't use. Very bad experience, though I am so much exausted. Hope the owner or respective person will catch this.

Mascot used to be a leading showroom in Nagpur in the past, but now it is one of the worst showrooms I visited. They don't really care about the customer once he/she has done the payment. Hardly any executive knows about the vehicle they are selling. We went to buy an Activa 6G. We were shown the colors that were available with them and told that the vehicle comes only with the colors they had in the showroom. In the actual scenario, the vehicle comes in 4 more color options. They basically try to sell the stock they have by duping us. The executive was careless and was rather rude. Once we made the payment, the guy didn't even attend us on the procedures and formalities. I had to do it all by myself. I literally had to visit the showroom 10-12 times before I got the RC. Never ever going to purchase anything from here. Pathetic. Very pathetic.

Very Bed service by Maskot, even they don't have sufficient parts and asked to customer for arranging parts, no work doing as per customer advised. management need to look into workshop working.. Very Very bed Honda workshop..

The worst service is mascot honda in nagpur that my cb shine has oil leakage in the first service and even after giving the service no solution has been found, there is more leakage than before, the staff doesn't care Just ride the bike and take the evening
