But it’s not a hotel. Right?
Honestly… If you’re a fresher or in the initial phase of your career, this may be the worst place to be at. Only people experienced in their particular field can survive. (Literally)
The employees are good, friendly and welcoming. The higher authorities however aren’t. The management needs serious development. The work is scattered and none employees have a right to present their opinions/suggestions because of the weird nepotism that resides in workplace.
Employees are constantly belittled and made fun of, by the director. I joined this company with high hopes and left with a damaged career. Because of constant change in duties, excelling at one particular skill couldn’t happen. And that’s affecting my further career.
