★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the restaurant after a long gap. Wheat Paratha and shev bhaji was awesome, feeling nostalgic.
However Bhakari ordered by friends was below average and they could hardly finish it. Missed eating Mataka Dahi and surali vadi?.May be next time ?

Rest of the days they serve A-la- carte and Gavran Thali.
Taste is great especially Pitla and Bharli Vangi.
Sitafal Rabdi is exquisite! Must have
Parking is limited due to its location on JM road but you can park in Pay and Park zone besides McDonald's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice option for maharashtrian cuisine. One of the finest eatery on jangli maharaj road. Trier Misal, Kothimbir vadi and thalipeeth here. All dishes were delicious. The ambience is nice and have some traditional touch to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a one of famous n oldest place at JM road in pune… food quality was best… we order olya naralache vade n kothimbir vadi.. both were tasty n yummy.. Best kothimbir vadi I ever had… Amara’s was also yummy n thick ..
I am just bit disappointed with their thalipeeth… it was not up to mark at all.. it was complete dry n didn’t had any taste..
Staff was polite n well attentive.. expect for thalipeeth I liked everything I had ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the gavran thali and kothimbir wadi. Both were prepared fresh and had excellent taste. The presentation on banana leaves was a nice gesture. Had a nice time dining. One issue for me was the exorbitant prices for dessert. Hence I skipped it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy taste of all cuisines right from starters...rotis also very well made.Ambience is good with beautiful paintings...
Yet some points to be worked on the helpers don't serve also service a bit slow... Toilets were not very clean...

Restaurant located on JM road. This restaurant server Marathi Cuisine, you can say it’s their specialty.
We had ordered Shev Bhaji, Tandoori Roti and Aamras(Seasonal). Everything was perfect. Will try more things like Alo Wadi, Aamras Puri, and what not?.
Service was somewhat slow due to rush hours, but it was worth the wait.
They’ve have only indoor seating which has two separate area front and back. They’ve their own parking area. Even you can park on JM road at two wheeler parking areas near foot path.
I’d recommend to visit if you want to try authentic Marathi Cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the oldest place on Deccan. I remember going here when i was a child especially during diwali shopping and ganpati days.
It was a nostalgic moment for me to visit this place. Nothing has changed here the interior, ambiance the staff, most importantly the taste.
My all time favourite was kothimbir wadi here.
Its crispy, sufficient in size and all time available.
Tried mirchi bhaji this time and it was equally amazing. Not too spicy but tempting for sure.
If you wanna try authentic maharashtrian food you must visit.
I didn't like one this only and for that reason i am cutting one star was rude behaviour of the staff, being a Punekar it is part of our habit now but still they can talk a bit politely with customers and each other as well. I saw the manager talking very rudely to one of the staff and verbally abusing him in front of others and children as well. This thing bothered me particularly.
