Instead of nurses I would like to call them beggar.
Even the Nani they are so unprofessional.
Rooms are so unhygienic for patient n baby.
I would never like to experience it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of nurses are too rude. They even don't take care of their Responsibilities. They are Very careless towards patients, most of time busy in their mobile phones.
But doctors are good, Infrastructure is more or less average.

Either you may get good doctor with good treatment bill or opposite.
Everything depends on your luck and relationship here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole experience was ok ok. My wife got admitted after a labour pain. Doctor immediately came and checked and advised to either wait for normal delivery or go for surgery. But one of the sister (nurse) available that time started scaring us by saying that “doctor said the baby’s heart beat is too low, you must go for c-section”, ironically even doctor did not know she said so when I confirmed with her. So you have to calmly understand and prefer to talk to doctor for everything.
Pros.: Very Cheap rate for C-Section and normal delivery
Cons.:
1. Very cheap service. I opted for VIP room, and the condition of even that room was like a general ward bed except an AC and single bed.
2. Daayi, nurses, all other staffs are like beggars. I had worst experience ever in my life when it comes to give “badhaayi” to them. They will stick around you until you give them some money. Not the one who helped your patient but all the hospital daais will come and ask you. Hufff, it was nightmare.
Go for Nurses instead of daayis if you can afford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is good, seeing the doctors and surgeon and compared to cost of treatment at other places at kolkata. Butttt the worst is support staff money demand at each and every step after delivery of baby and till you step out of this hospital. And in every shift every other staff who comes at duty demands money. Hospital management seriously look into this and correct it. It only brings bad name for such a good institution like MMP. Our some of the best memories are attached with this hospital so kindly keep it good. Thank you for the services.
