β β β β β Doesn't Deserve a single star.
So unprofessional
1. Doesn't know how to take interview.
2. If you are willing to give interview here then please make sure that you have holiday. Because they will take your whole day for interview's First Stage only
3. If you got selected then you have to sign a 2 year bond in which they will take your Original certificates including (10th,12th,Degree).
If you said no to the bond they will reject you.
4. If you got ready to sign a bond then they will not provide bond copy to you. So they can change the policies after you sign the bond.
they will make big promises that we will give you handsome salary. we will raise your salary after 1 year and they will not fulfill their promises
5. they will also not provide you the Pay slip that is common in other companies
In short please don't go there

Lack of attention or focus is not entertained, one need to be devoted to the assigned project. The fun continues in terms of healthy communication & timely project delivery.

Matrid is a great place to start right out of college.
With Short span of time, I got opportunity to work with various platforms application like Web App, Mobile App and Windows App.
Work culture is good. Seniors, team lead and director, all are very helpful, well-mannered with even juniormost employee.

Don't know why people are giving them 5 stars. they didn't deserves even a single one.
The reviews are written by their employees but wordings are of company.
They force their employees to write a positive review. If you don't they will start teasing you about your certificates (they used to sign bond over original certificates) and other essential certificates so they have to write the positive review.
They are so unprofessional. Please don't go there

β β β β β VERY POOR WORK & MANAGEMENT PROCESS
I was working here since July 2018 to august 2020 and from last 8 month I am asking them to send my experience letter but still I did not get any hard or soft-copy they are not picking my call or not sending any message reply.
There is no senior for train you or guide you join as senior or junior their management process is too bad. I worked here on Saturday and Sunday till late night, but still I am getting that kind of response.
save your future. You will get better opportunities rather than this. Don't believe on force review which comment by their own members.
