★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst site I have ever came across. Fake promises they make when you post your profile and do not respond after you become a paid member. The staff is rude and argues for nothing. Stay away from this site. There is no option to delete your profile. They force you to go their way for everything and every change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing my unpleasant bad experience with this MatrimonialsIndia.com site. I am New Zealand Citizen (Indian origin Maharashtrian working for a Bank). On 06/October/2021 I did the online registration. Payal one of the agent called me to upgrade for Gold membership which was USD 126.00 and later on 13/October/2021 Varsha another agent called me & said they have many girls and she will help me to fix my marriage and she charged me USD 380.00. Later after a month the staff Payal/Varsha called me to say that my profile is not visible on the New Zealand site hence they charged me another USD 50.00 to visible my profile on the site. Within 3 months only I received 3 girls call & Relocating to New Zealand for few girls was not a great idea if they are doing well in career-wise. Now no one wants to answer my concern or the question I which I have .Really disappointed with this site & I suggest everyone don’t waste the money. Now the staff are saying my package is finished they can’t do anything or refund my money (which they took from me to fix my marriage).

They are an absolute fake company with full of fake profiles created on their website.
The customer care number India or international is a same number where they have appointed some people who have same answer we will talk to our management and get back to you..and we tried calling you one no one answered.
Please do not qaste your money by becoming a paid member in this website.
They should be named and shamed in social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally created a profile and try to delete it but can't find the option to delete anywhere on the site. The agent contacted me through WhatsApp to upload a picture. When I replied I wanted to delete the profile, blue tick only. No response at all! Called and still BLUE TICK ONLY!
Did drop a complaint and email. Will see if there is a response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also created my profile on matrimonialsindia.com first they send me some fake profile and demanding to pay and get number after i paid the amount they are fake profiles and also before get a membership they promise to help me to find a partner but now no one give the answer they just make full to people. one of the customer executive name is Dheeraj after the talk with him they demanding more money to get service. all fake profile are on their website....
