★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most Bad cultured company. They don't have any respect for their employees, always try to cut your salary. I joined there as developer, after serving a month at the time of salary they thrown me out and looking for another one for doing the same.
Very bad mentality.

They are not hiring you, they only sells your "Resume/CV" data.
You guys are thinking why I'm saying this, ri8??
Before going their I'm also thought that this all reviews may not 100% currect or you can say I wanted to discover my self, wheather it is right or not.
After going their, I noticed many people come from different job profile interviews (account, BPO etc.) because I asked them and I went for Digital Marketing profile.
They all are going back with a sad face. After some time I told a man that "when your interview over then tell what really happens". After his interview he told me they said "we will call you tomorrow", though I thought he may really not good to get selected.
But when I gave the interview then their was two girls.
And they just asked me only one question (interview formality). Then they said "we will call you tomorrow" but I know the call will never come. They will sell my data to other commercial agencies what I understood.
I know many of you will go their to get a job. But when the same situation repeats on you then please, come on Google Reviews section and do what I've done now. Because I just want to see this company holding 1* ratings. Then I'll get peace and this review will be successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maven is good,but not even better. I have work experience there. But I could not continue my job, for the company put immense pressure on their employees, even the employees have to work for more than 10 hours. The shift timings are awkward. The overall atmosphere and the floor is good but when it comes to the sphere of working it becomes worse.
Another worst part of the company is its transport. The pick ups starts 2 hours prior and even the drop off starts 2. 30 hours after the shift ends. That causes loss of timings.
Otherwise, the place of ecospace is really incredible and very healthy which alone can encourage you to work on.
The company is very systematic and hardly compromise with the problems,that the employees face. The food, offered to the employees, is good. I believe that no free minded person can continue their jobs in the company and if they do they will loose their mental equilibrium.

They train people to call foreigners with wrong name and also provodes training to speak in Australian accent so that the foreigners can be duped and they can steal money from them. They manage the foreigners to accept that there is an issue in their computer (which is actually not true).. IF YOU CAN STEAL FOR THEM IT IS OK.. OTHERWISE THRY CAN TERMINATE YOU WITHOUT PAYING YOUR SALARIES.. THEY HAVE NOT PAID MY ONE MONTH SALARY..

The HRs here are idiots they ask a fresher to sell them a phone, I am like are you nuts asking a fresher about sales topic. Even if you try to do so they will never appreciate. Worst ever experience there. I repeat do not ever try to reach there for job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for 3days trainging.
They used to collect data from backend team and troubleshot computer's errors,warnings by accessing Remote Desktop connections.
I was the person who grabed the process on the 2nd day of my training session.
And after that they just terminated me with out any perticuler reason.
The HR mailed me not to continue the training session.
With out taking my mock call exam and evaluation they gave me the offering letter and with out taking my exam they terminated me by saying "Your performence was not good".
But the saddest part of that i didn't perform and was writing all the process on a note pad which they provided me.
Don't Let Mean People Destroy Your carrier for their own satisfaction.
If they bother me in future my mother has decided to take legal steps.
Honestly speeking they have wested my time.
