Mr Sushil Saini (Asia Silver medalist Power lift) is the owner + the trainer, doesn't just lay his emphasis on body building but his training style also focuses on strength, endurance and muscle mass. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym equipments and machines are of great quality. Gym is Air Conditioned. Mr Sushil Saini (owner + trainer) focuses on strengthening the core and legs which are the most neglected. He has more than 13 years of experience in running the gym and has dedicated his life in making the world fit. Also the gym enrollment and monthly fees are minimal as per the facilities.
