Trainers are good, support in every exercise.
Helpful crowd. Proper ventilation.
No odour problems unlike other gyms near restroom and water cooler area.
Only one thing lacks here that sometimes trainers are not regular and tissues are missing.

β β β β β Its a good gym in short basic equipments are here with some high ones could have more machines of Cardio amd stuff. cycle is dammged right now which I don't like as well as there 2 trainers are available at a time and they're good but not the best i say overall good gym.

β β β β β I happened to have a day of exercising there. I was quite impressed with the coach, the exercises he made me do and his attention towards the clients. However, the Gym was comparatively having lesser space, dim lights and some not working equipments.
