★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper dedicated team/counter for claims, have to ask for everybody to reach the third claim person. But for sales reps will rush to u. However had a very bad experience of cashless claims on max. They mostly won't accept cashless and make u go for reimbursement. Had trusted max for emergency situation but of no use and had to pay for my own hospital expenses. Very dissatisfied on max insurance with cashless hospitalisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously not happy as the customer service just puts on the hold and will not answer bank until i disconnect the call. Already received the counter offer but then again they are the premium and charging more.
They are not stable at there promise and i wonder how they are going settle the claim to my nominee if the response is like this when i am there(alive).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can locate the place from main road. It is on second floor. Parking for visitors is not available. You need to look for parking option. Courteous staff and security is maintained. They will attend you immediately. Had a good experience with front desk manager and other team members as well.
